SMT/SAP is platform independent and the first in a planned series of SMT tools providing valuable insight regarding service and resource usage for standard business applications.

SMT/SAP handles statistical data collected from SAP itself and provides useful information for ITIL’s IT Service Delivery (or Service Design) disciplines. It also combines technical data with business related information to deliver the necessary management overview to inspire and support IT cost reduction initiatives.

SMT/SAP in combination with one of the platform supporting SMT tools (SMT/Server Capacity or SMT/ERM) will provide a unique overview over the entire SAP installation.
