SMT/Account

SMT/Account uses information from the data-collecting SMT tools to distribute IT costs on business areas according to consumption of IT services. Where one service is shared by different business areas (i.e. centralised data backup) the costs for that service may be distributed according either to the consumption of another service or to user defined ratios.

SMT/Account contains full billing functionality but can also interface to existing ERP systems for this purpose. The tool is equipped with a flexible B.I.-style reporting interface for maximum effect and perception.
