The tools SMT/Server Capacity and SMT/SNMP Connect are SMT Data’s foundation for IT Business Intelligence in open systems installations. SMT Server Capacity handles statistical data from Windows, Unix, Linux as well as VMware. SMT/SNMP Connect does the same for other network components (routers, attached storage, printers etcetera). They each create information of great value to all levels of the IT organisation.

The tools provide insight and overview to ITIL’s IT Service Delivery (or Service Design) disciplines. They also combine technical data with business related information to deliver the necessary management overview to inspire and support IT cost reduction initiatives.
