Education

SMT Data offers customer education within two areas:

  1. Hands-on education in the use of specific SMT tools, taking place at the customer site and headed by a consultant from SMT Data. The customer's own situation constitutes the starting point for practical examples of the use of the installed products from SMT Data
  2. Theoretical education in the methods that constitute the basis for result-oriented use of the products from SMT Data. The education can take place at a technical or middle-management level and covers methods for verification and control of IT service, application requirements, performance, capacity and cost distribution. The participants' prior knowledge and level of ambition are taken into account.
