Extension services

SMT Data offers to add installation specific functionality to a purchased SMT tool.

This service may include:

  • Setting up a routine to collect data from an installation specific data source (i.e. an application monitor, asset database or another third-party product)
  • Setting up a PROBE – a customer specific tool, which frequently executes pre-specified functionality from a work station (accessibility check of network components, verification look-ups on essential production databases etc) and logs the results of these actions. The loggings are then used as input to availability and response time reporting
  • Other installation specific functionality.
