Mr. Jan Vilstrup

Mr. Vilstrup joined SMT Data as Chief Commercial Officer in May 2008 and took up his present position as Chief Executive Officer in July 2009. He came from Sun Microsystems where he held the position as Country Manager, Storage.

He brings 15 years of international Sales- and Management experience from Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, SiliconGraphics (SGI), Kodak and MicroAge.

Founder and Director,
Mr. Erik Westergaard:

Mr. Westergaard founded SMT Data in 1990, based on the vision that the mainframe platforms needed better software for IT Management decision support, within the areas of Capacity- and Performance Management.

Prior to founding SMT Data, Mr. Westergaard held various technical- and management positions at Datacentralen (now CSC) and Hitachi Data Systems (HDS).

Mr. Nils Kierkegaard

Mr. Kierkegaard has been chairman of the board of directors of SMT Data since September 2009.

He holds a Master Degree from Copenhagen Business School and brings more than 25 years of experience from executive positions in international sales and marketing in the IT industry.

Mr. Kierkegaard is the co-owner of TBK Consult - a company focused on helping software companies designing and implementation of effective international GTM strategies for accelerated market penetration and profitable growth.
